Professor Jason Heyes is a Professor of Employment Relations at the Sheffield University Management School (University of Sheffield). He directs the Centre for Decent Work and previously served as Associate Dean for Impact and Engagement (2020–2024). His career includes roles as Reader in Human Resource Management at the University of Birmingham.
Research focuses on employment relations, political economy, and public policy, with emphases on labour market transitions, underemployment, and governance of labour issues.
