Jason A. Andrews

Jason A. Andrews, EdD serves as Superintendent of Windsor Central School District and 2019 NYS Superintendent of the Year. He concurrently holds adjunct professor positions at State University of New York at Oswego and Binghamton University, serves as Co-Director of the NYS Superintendents Development Program, and sits on the SUNY Broome Community College Board of Trustees. His leadership extends to executive committees of the NYS Council of School Superintendents and NYS Education Commissioner's Advisory Council, plus facilitation of strategic planning for school boards statewide through the NYS School Boards Association.

Dr. Andrews' professional focus centers on systemic implementation of professional learning communities (PLCs) as the primary vehicle for ensuring student learning and cultivating continuous improvement cultures.
