Jared NAI

Jared NAI is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from the National University of Singapore. His research focuses on entrepreneurship, diversity, prosocial behavior, organizational decision-making, and the intersection of mindfulness with ethical and strategic priorities like growth in Asia and sustainable living.

Research Interests: His work spans diversity’s impact on prosociality, entrepreneurial network strategies, fairness in organizational decisions, and the role of mindfulness in negotiations. He also explores leadership behaviors (e.g., humor’s dual effects) and cross-cultural management challenges. His strategic priorities include advancing sustainable living and leveraging Asia’s growth opportunities.

Publications: His recent articles address topics like investor referral networks, mindfulness enhancing cooperation, transparency in decision-making, and diversity’s societal effects. These studies combine experimental methods with real-world applications in strategy, ethics, and organizational behavior.

Awards: He has been on the Dean’s Teaching Honor List (2018–2023) and was nominated for the Most Promising Teacher Award (2020). His teaching excellence complements his research contributions to human resource management and organizational effectiveness.
