Janne Ravantti

Janne Ravantti is a University Lecturer at the University of Helsinki, affiliated with the Molecular and Integrative Biosciences Research Program and the Doctoral Programme in Integrative Life Science. His research focuses on bioinformatics, structural bioinformatics, NGS analysis, computational methods for Cryo-EM, and BioPython. He has contributed to collaborations in structural biology, virology, and cancer research.
