Janina Peschmann is a Professor of Psychology, especially Entrepreneurship, at the Institute for Management & Organization (IMO) at Leuphana University Lüneburg. She holds a Research Associate position and focuses on entrepreneurship training, poverty reduction, and women's empowerment in Africa.

Her research examines success factors in entrepreneurship training design, the socioeconomic impacts of such programs, and inclusive working environments.
