Max Wilckens

Dr. Max Wilckens is a researcher at the Institute for Management & Organization (IMO) at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. His work focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation, particularly in the context of organizational psychology and inclusive working environments. He contributes to research projects such as MEHRCE (Circular Economy in Germany) and the Sustainable Entrepreneurship Certificate (L-SEC), while also engaging in teaching activities related to entrepreneurship and organizational culture.

His research interests span digital entrepreneurship, socially innovative transformation, and the intersection of psychology with sustainable business practices. He is involved in supervising final theses and co-leading projects like LIONA REGINNB, which explores co-creative regional development and innovation.
