Janet Milnes

Janet Milnes is a Violin Instructor and String Department Chair at the Eastman Community Music School, University of Rochester. She has served on faculty since 1987 and previously taught at Duke University String School and Hochstein School of Music and Dance. As a performer, she has collaborated with renowned ensembles like the Mallarmé Chamber Players, Ciompi Quartet, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and various symphonies across the U.S.
