Janet Milne

Janet Milne is Professor of Law and Director of the Environmental Tax Policy Institute at Vermont Law School. Her expertise includes environmental taxation, climate change mitigation through tax instruments, and land use regulation. She founded the Environmental Tax Policy Institute (2000) and co-organizes the Global Conference on Environmental Taxation.
