Janet Greco

Janet Greco, PhD, is an Affiliated Faculty member and Learning Director at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, The Wharton School. She co-founded Transition One Associates, a leadership consulting firm, and contributes to the Organizational Dynamics program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Her research focuses on leveraging stories and organizational politics for executive development, with findings published in the Journal of Organizational Change Management. She teaches courses like The Devil’s Advocate and Stories in Organizations, emphasizing leadership intent and organizational momentum.
