Jane Thomson

Jane Thomson is an Associate Professor at UNB’s Faculty of Law, teaching Family Law, Property, Wills and Estates, and Private Law & Social Justice. Her research examines discrimination in private law contexts, with work cited by the Supreme Court of Canada.

Education includes an LLB from Dalhousie University and an LLM from Harvard Law School. She previously clerked at the Ontario Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.
