Jane Lord

Jane Lord is a Lecturer at the Dutch National Ballet Academy, part of the Academy of Theatre and Dance at Amsterdam University of the Arts. Since 2014, she has served as Coordinator of the Pré-NBA & Scouting programs, contributing to dance education and talent development.

• Education: Studied in California; graduated from the National Ballet School of Canada.

Her career spans over three decades in professional ballet, transitioning from performance to pedagogy. Jane danced all leading classical and contemporary roles with Het Nationale Ballet, where she was promoted to principal dancer in 1990.
