Jana Lekscha

Jana Lekscha is a Researcher at the Chair of Information Systems, specializing in AI Engineering in Companies at Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg since December 2023. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's in International Business Studies from the University of Paderborn. Practically, she gained experience in project management and HR roles at Diebold Nixdorf, OPTANO GmbH, and BMW AG.

• Consortium member in the CYLENCE project, developing AI-driven tools for cyberbullying detection and reporting.
• Research focuses on digital fitness technologies, misinformation detection via AI, decentralized social media, and blockchain-based identity management.

Teaching contributions include supporting courses like 'Digital Organizations' (Bachelor) and 'Digital Life' (Master).
