Jan Bergström

Jan Bergström is Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Stockholm University's Department of Psychology, where he serves as Director of Studies for the Postgraduate Psychotherapist Program and Head of the Stockholm University Psychology Clinic. His research focuses on self-help based CBT and digital psychological interventions, with particular emphasis on clinical behavior analysis, psychotherapy supervision, Behavioral Activation for depression, exposure-based interventions for anxiety/OCD, and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). He also investigates metatheoretical aspects of psychotherapy and mental health treatment mechanisms.
