James Stanley

James Shea Stanley serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Art at Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he teaches graphic design and illustration. Previously, he was an instructor of graphic design at the University of Southern Indiana, developing courses in graphic design, illustration, animation, and web design. His career spans over two decades in graphic design, including roles in newspaper design management, fashion industry product development, and healthcare software user experience design.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and an MFA in Animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design. His current interests include short-form animation for social media, establishing a digital atelier for mentorship and production, and exploring on-demand distribution opportunities for artists.
