Jaime L. Russell

Jamie L. Russell is the Director of Student Community Engagement at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), where she leads a multidisciplinary team within the Department of Campus Life. She also serves as an instructor in the Watson College of Education's Department of Educational Leadership, supporting undergraduate and post-baccalaureate programs in Leadership Studies and Coaching/Mentoring.

She oversees annual service programs including Wings Up for Wilmington, Volunteer Fair, and Immersive Service Trips.

Russell holds certifications in Appreciative Inquiry Facilitation and CliftonStrengths Coaching, emphasizing strategic thinking and futuristic approaches. Her professional service spans multiple UNCW committees, including the Strategic Plan Implementation Workgroup, Carnegie Community Engagement Reclassification Planning, and Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Topic Selection Committee.
