Jacques Hymans

Jacques E.C. Hymans is an Associate Professor of International Relations at the University of Southern California (USC) School of International Relations. He holds affiliations with the USC Center for International Studies and the USC East Asian Studies Center. His research focuses on nuclear proliferation, international security, renewable energy policy, and national identity, notably through studies of banknote iconography.
