Jacqueline Power

Jacqueline Power is an Associate Professor in the Management Department at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. Her research focuses on workplace bullying, organizational behavior, and business ethics, with cross-cultural studies across multiple continents.

Dr. Power's research explores workplace bullying, organizational politics, and ethical leadership. She has published extensively on bullying acceptability across cultures and the psychological dynamics between aggressors and victims.

Scientific contributions include SSHRC grants, ADTF travel grants, and the Student's Choice Award for teaching excellence. Her work has influenced international standards on workplace violence.
