Jaclyn Koopmann

Jaclyn Koopmann serves as the Globe Life Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Auburn University's Harbert College of Business, where she has held a faculty position since 2016.

Her educational background includes a doctorate from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

Her research centers on organizational behavior dynamics, with specialized focus on work team processes (including task-helping mechanisms and climate formation), employee self-regulation as it intersects with health behaviors and organizational citizenship, and mistreatment phenomena within customer service environments.
