Dr. Jaclyn Jensen is a Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Student Success in the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University. She previously served as Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Human Resources Program and teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior.
Education:
- PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Michigan State University (2006)
- MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Michigan State University (2004)
- BS in Psychology, The Ohio State University (2001)
Her research examines workplace harassment, incivility, and their impacts on employee well-being and performance. Publications appear in top journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Business and Psychology.
Scientific Awards:
- 2016 DePaul University Quality of Instruction Council Excellence in Teaching Award
Dr. Jensen consults on diversity training and workplace culture improvement for organizations like Accenture, American Airlines, BMO Harris, Exelon, Health Care Service Corporation, and Walgreens. She joined DePaul in 2012 after earlier faculty roles at The George Washington University.
