Jack Kennedy is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Journalism & Media Communication at Colorado State University (CSU), part of the College of Liberal Arts. He has taught both on-campus and online since 2011, specializing in courses like JTC300 (Strategic Writing and Communication). His career began in 1976 in Iowa, where he taught math, science, and English while advising school newspapers and yearbooks. After moving to Colorado in 2002, he co-founded Rock Canyon High School in 2004 and retired from public school teaching in 2010. He later served as Executive Director of the Colorado Student Media Association for a decade. Currently, he teaches online courses at CSU and Metropolitan State University of Denver.
