J. Seth Chatfield

Dr. J. Seth Chatfield is a Professor of Management in the School of Business at Shenandoah University. His research focuses on healthcare institutions, particularly on leading organizational change to improve quality, outcomes, and patient experiences. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in healthcare management, organizational behavior, and corporate strategy.
