Isabel Rechberg

Dr. Isabel D. W. Rechberg is an Associate Professor of Management at the Anderson College of Business and Computing, Regis University. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Kent, UK, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, and advanced degrees in Labor Law and Business Management from institutions in Australia and Belgium. Her research focuses on Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Engagement, emphasizing individual-centric approaches. She has published extensively in journals like the Journal of Knowledge Management and European Management Review, and co-authored chapters in Palgrave and Kogan Page publications.
