Isabel Botero

Dr. Isabel Botero is an internationally recognized Assistant Professor specializing in family business and entrepreneurship. She has held visiting research roles at Witten/Herdecke University's WIFU institute and served as Assistant Professor at Stetson University (Florida). Her expertise spans family business branding, executive compensation, knowledge sharing, and gender dynamics in entrepreneurial families.
