Ioulia Ossokina

Ioulia Ossokina is an Associate Professor of Urban Economics for Technological Innovation at Eindhoven University of Technology's Department of Built Environment. Her research focuses on data-driven mathematical models to predict urban behavior, particularly for vulnerable groups in energy transitions, and integrates big data, AI, and behavioral games into cost-benefit analyses for policy-makers.
