Ingunn Elisabeth Stray

Ingunn Elisabeth Stray is an Associate Professor at the University of Agder's Department of Education. With extensive experience across all levels of the Norwegian education system—from early childhood to university—she specializes in culturally responsive approaches to trauma mitigation among youth in conflict zones, particularly focusing on the Occupied Palestinian Territories and diaspora communities through the HOPE framework.
