Ingela Bäckström

Ingela Bäckström is a Professor at the Department of Communication, Quality Management and Information Systems (KKI) within the Faculty of Science, Technology and Media (NMT) at Mid Sweden University. She specializes in quality management, sustainable health, and organizational leadership, with a focus on Lean methodologies and Appreciative Inquiry. As Chairperson of the Council of Teaching at Undergraduate and Graduate Level (GRUR), she contributes to academic governance.
