Inamul Haq serves as Adjunct Faculty and Coordinator of the Islamic Studies Program within the Department of Religious Studies at Elmhurst University. He leads curriculum development for Islamic studies and teaches undergraduate courses including REL 242: Issues in Islam, REL 244: Understanding the Qur'an, and REL 343: Islamic Mysticism and the Poetry of Rumi.
His educational background spans Islamic seminaries in Pakistan (MOLVI FAZIL) and major U.S. universities (M.A., LLM/ABD). He previously served as principal at Islamic high schools while teaching across graduate and undergraduate programs.
Professor Haq specializes in Islamic theology, Qur'anic exegesis, historical development of Islam, and contemporary Muslim communities in America. His international perspective informs comparative religious studies with emphasis on interfaith dialogue and cross-cultural religious experiences.
