Professor Imran Rasul is a leading academic at University College London (UCL) and the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), serving as Co-Director of the ESRC Centre for Public Policy (CPP) and Director of the Centre for the Microeconomic Analysis of Public Policy (CPP) at IFS.
