Ilene Rattner, EdD, MS, MBA, RN is an Assistant Professor at the Harriet Rothkopf Heilbrunn School of Nursing, Long Island University. Previously, she served as Director of Academic Clinical Affairs at New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing, focusing on strategic planning, technology integration, and compliance with healthcare regulations (CDC, HIPAA, EHR standards). She holds advanced degrees in Nursing Education (NYU), Management (Hofstra), and Educational Leadership (Drexel).
Research Interests: Her work centers on opioid use/misuse among nursing students, health policy, and leveraging geospatial data to address population health challenges.
