Shane D Gallagher is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Associate Program Director at the NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing, where he leads the Psychiatric-Mental Health NP Program and the Specialty Sequence in Substance Use and Addictive Disorders. He is also affiliated with the NYU Grossman School of Medicine through the Multidisciplinary Addiction Training (MAT) program.
His research focuses on evidence-based interventions for substance use disorders and the development of a multidisciplinary addiction workforce.
