Hyunyoung Cho is a Professor of English at George Mason University and founding faculty member of Mason Korea. Her research examines Early Modern British literature, ecocriticism, cross-cultural encounters, and AI literacy education. She received the Mason Korea Teaching Excellence Award (2022) and multiple research grants.
Her publications analyze Renaissance literature's intersections with science and migration, including studies of Milton and Marvell. Research emphases include:
