Hyman Aaron Michael

Hyman Aaron Michael is a Professor in the Department of Art History at the University of Basel, affiliated with the Kunsthistorisches Seminar. His research bridges global art history with intermedial studies, focusing on transatlantic connections between the Spanish Empire and Europe. He has previously held appointments at Johns Hopkins University and visiting roles at the University of Bern.
