Hugh Collins

Professor Hugh Collins holds the Cassel Chair of Commercial Law at the LSE Law School. Previously, he served as the Vinerian Professor of English Law at All Souls College, Oxford (2014-2019) and Professor of English Law at LSE (1991-2014). He is a Fellow of the British Academy and has extensive editorial roles, including with The Modern Law Review and co-founding the European Review of Contract Law.
