Hubert Makaruk

Hubert Makaruk is a Professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Health in Biała Podlaska, Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw since 2015. With over 30 years in track and field, he transitioned from athlete (Polish championship medals in long jump/triple jump) to coach, leading national teams and producing 20 Polish championship medalists. His research focuses on plyometrics, motor skill development, and athletics performance. He collaborates with Polish ministries, sports associations, and international journals.
