Prof. Hu Tai-Li is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica, and concurrently a professor at National Qinghua University. She also serves as President of the Taiwan International Ethnographic Film Festival. She holds a PhD in Anthropology from the City University of New York, following her undergraduate studies in History at National Taiwan University. Her work focuses on ethnographic films and cultural documentation, particularly among Indigenous Taiwanese communities like the Yami/Dawu and Saisiat peoples.
