Hilda Jakobsson

Hilda Jakobsson is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Culture and Aesthetics, Stockholm University. She holds a PhD in Comparative Literature and a Bachelor's in Gender Studies, with a focus on Swedish literature and interdisciplinary education.

• Research Interests: Swedish author August Strindberg's depictions of love; girls' coming-of-age narratives in Agnes von Krusenstjerna's early novels; interdisciplinary approaches to comparative literature, gender studies, and youth education.
• Teaching: Senior lecturer in comparative literature, gender studies, child/youth studies, and language education.
