Hilal KAZAN is an Associate Professor and Department Head of Computer Engineering at Antalya Bilim University. She holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto (2012 and 2009) and a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Sabancı University (2007).
