Professor Henry Power is a Professor of English and Creative Writing at the University of Exeter. He specializes in classical reception, 17th- and 18th-century literature, and the influence of classical texts on modern works. His academic journey began at Oxford (BA in Classics and English, 2001; MSt in Greek and Latin Literature, 2002), followed by a PhD from Cambridge on Henry Fielding's classical sources (2005).
