Henriette Malmström

Henriette Malmström is a Lecturer and Researcher at Lund University, affiliated with the Department of Business Law and the Lund University Centre for Business Law (ACLU). Her research focuses on labour law, particularly the employer’s duty to be loyal to employees (individually and as a group).

Her work contributes to the broader understanding of legal frameworks in employment relationships, emphasizing ethical obligations and regulatory compliance. She is currently pursuing a doctoral dissertation on this topic since 2017, supervised by Ann Westregård and Anette Inghammar.
