Helein Treuhaft

Helein Treuhaft is an Associate Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Chichester. She holds a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA-P) qualification, an MSc in Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, and additional certifications in Gestalt Theory & Practice, Adoption Support Counselling, and Supervision. Her private practice focuses on substance misuse, late-diagnosis ADHD, and adoption-related challenges. She is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and affiliated with professional organizations including BACP, UKCP, EATA, IARTA, and UKATA.
