Heidi Maurer

Dr. Heidi Maurer is a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of E-Governance, Donau University of Krems, Austria. Her work focuses on EU foreign policy, digital transformation of governance, and public administration. She actively contributes to policy discussions through academic publications and international conferences. Recent roles include co-authoring the framework on EU maturation in foreign policy and analyzing the impact of digital technologies on governance structures.
