Ramses Wessel

Professor Ramses Wessel specializes in international and European Union law at the University of Groningen. His research examines EU external relations, international organizations, and security policy governance.

Current work focuses on decision-making reform in EU foreign policy, particularly the move toward qualified majority voting. He has edited volumes on international institutional law and contributes to debates on EU treaty reform and defense cooperation mechanisms.
