Hege Berg Henriksen

Hege Berg Henriksen is a Researcher at the University of Oslo's Department of Nutritional Sciences, Faculty of Medicine. Her work focuses on clinical nutrition, dietary interventions, and their impact on colorectal cancer patients, body composition analysis, and public health. She leads projects such as the CRC-NORDIET study on dietary guidelines for colorectal cancer survivors and the DIGIKOST study developing digital dietary assessment tools. She holds a PhD in Clinical Nutrition (2018) and a Cand. Scient. in Biology (1999).
