Hector Caruncho is Professor and Canada Research Chair in Translational Neuroscience at the University of Victoria's Division of Medical Sciences, with adjunct appointments at University of British Columbia and University of Saskatchewan. He holds a PhD in Cell Biology from University of Santiago de Compostela and completed postdoctoral training at NIH and Georgetown University.
