Heather Vitko (PhD, RN, CNL, CCRN, TCRN, CHSE) is an Associate Professor and MSN Program Director at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing, specializing in Acute and Tertiary Care. With over 20 years as a critical care nurse at a Level 1 trauma center, she focuses on clinical education, quality improvement, and mentorship.
