Heather Robson

Heather Robson is a Professor at Northumbria University, currently serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor in the Faculty. Her research spans interdisciplinary areas including Art, Design, Social Sciences, and Service Industries.

Research interests focus on design innovation for neurodiverse educational environments, evidenced by her 2022 conference contribution, and service quality frameworks as shown in her 2002 journal article. Her work bridges creative design and practical implementation in inclusive education.

Active in academic service, she participated in the Council for Higher Education in Art and Design (CHEAD) Annual Conference (2022) and organized the National Centre for Academic and Cultural Exchange (NCACE) event (2023). Collaborated on four major projects (2016-2022) with institutions like Newcastle University and Arts & Humanities Research Council, focusing on creative sector innovation and community engagement.
