Heather Raquel Phillips is a Lecturer at the Stuart Weitzman School of Design (University of Pennsylvania) and in the Visual & Performing Arts Department at Lincoln University. A first-generation college graduate and Afro-Boricuan artist, she focuses on marginalized communities, using interdisciplinary practices to explore power, sexuality, and deviance through visual arts.
