Heather E. Bolin is a Lecturer in Music Education and Coordinator for Arts Education at Texas Tech University's School of Music. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a degree in Music Education and has maintained an active role in teacher development since her decade of public school service in Lubbock, TX.
