Heather A. D. Mbaye

Dr. Heather A. D. Mbaye is a Professor of Political Science and Program Coordinator at the University of West Georgia’s Civic Engagement and Public Service Department within University College. She specializes in Comparative Politics, International Relations, and Public Administration, with a focus on EU policy and interdisciplinary topics like the Politics of Big Tech and the unique Jack the Ripper course. She teaches hybrid and fully online classes, including courses on American Government, Global Issues, Public Policy, and Non-Profit Management.

Dr. Mbaye holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.A. from the University of Arizona, and a B.A. from the University of Central Arkansas.
