Harry Swift

Harry Swift serves as a University Instructor at Canterbury Christ Church University within the School of Psychology and Life Sciences, bringing 15+ years of professional experience from the sports and fitness industry. He concurrently pursues doctoral research focused on physiological responses to exercise cessation.

His research centers on exercise physiology and haemodynamics, specifically investigating cardiovascular adaptations during exercise detraining periods.
